Welcome to An Open Journal
Some days clear. Some days chaos. Always real.
A blog wasn’t a part of the plan.
I started journaling because I needed somewhere to put my thoughts.
Writing in my journal became a quiet way to hear myself again. During my sabbatical it’s been a way for me to process while grieving and healing.
Somewhere in the middle of scribbling on my journal pages I got a nudge…
“Share this.”
At first I was like, are you serious? Share things I write in private?
They’re not rough, raw and unpolished.
But then I realized that’s exactly why I needed to share them.
Because maybe someone else is trying to hear themselves again too.
So here I am.
Opening the door.
Sharing what I usually keep to myself.
Not for validation. Not for profit.
Just in the practice of being obedient, even when it doesn’t make sense to me.
This space is part journal, part reflection.
Some days I feel clear. Other days I feel all over the place. Either way I still write.
If anything you read resonates, I’m glad you found your way here.
And if not, that’s okay too. This isn’t for everyone.
It’s for whoever needs it.
P.S. If you’ve ever wanted to witness someone quietly sorting through their truth, this space is for you. Subscribe below so you don’t miss a journal entry.
